About the store

Deadly & Detailed Aboriginal Art is an Australian-based independent art and lifestyle business offering original artwork, reproductions, clothing, accessories, handcrafted pieces and commissioned creative services. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, the store's base pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD).

International purchases

Products, prices, shipping methods and destinations may vary according to your delivery country. Availability and final delivery charges are confirmed at checkout or, for individually quoted works, in a written quotation. A listing does not guarantee delivery to every country.

Orders and production

Some items are made to order or fulfilled by independent production partners. Original and handcrafted items may vary naturally in colour, texture, grain and finish. We will communicate any inability to fulfil an order and provide remedies required by applicable law.

Custom commissions

Custom artwork, mural, design and licensing projects are subject to a separate written scope, quotation, payment schedule and approval process. No commission is accepted solely by submitting an enquiry.

Import charges

Depending on the destination and checkout arrangements, import duties, taxes, customs fees or clearance charges may apply. Responsibility for those charges must be disclosed at checkout or in the agreed quotation.

Copyright and use

Purchase of a physical product does not transfer copyright in the underlying artwork or grant commercial reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

Applicable consumer protections

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law and mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
