Free shipping offer — terms and conditions
Free shipping applies to eligible products on orders over $150 AUD. This offer does not apply to handcrafted artefacts, oversized or fragile artworks, or items requiring special freight. Shipping eligibility and any applicable charges depend on the products and delivery destination and must be confirmed before payment. Free shipping is not guaranteed for every product or destination.
Handcrafted artefact shipping and freight
Handcrafted boomerangs and other artefacts are individually packed and dispatched by Deadly & Detailed Aboriginal Art rather than by our apparel production partners. Due to differences in size, shape, weight, timber and fragility, artefacts are excluded from the free shipping offer and may require specialist packaging, freight or an individual shipping quotation. Where standard checkout shipping is unavailable or unsuitable, we will confirm the shipping cost and delivery arrangements before accepting payment for freight. We will not dispatch an artefact until suitable transport arrangements are confirmed.
Large, heavy, fragile or unusually shaped artefacts may attract additional packaging, handling or freight charges. Delivery to remote locations and international destinations may require an individual assessment. For international timber artefacts, import rules, biosecurity requirements and export restrictions may prevent delivery to some countries.
Worldwide enquiries and eligible destinations
We aim to serve customers internationally. Delivery availability is determined by the specific product, destination, production partner, applicable restrictions and shipping services shown at checkout. Some items may not be eligible for international shipping.
Production and dispatch
Art prints, apparel and accessories may be produced on demand. Original paintings and handcrafted works are prepared individually. Production and dispatch estimates, where available, will be displayed on product pages, at checkout or in an individual quotation.
Shipping charges and delivery times
Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout or quoted before payment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by production, customs processing, carrier disruptions and remote destinations.
Customs, import taxes and duties
International orders may incur import VAT/GST, customs duties, clearance fees or other destination-country charges. Whether charges are collected at checkout or on import depends on the delivery arrangement and destination. Customers will be informed of the applicable arrangement before purchase where required.
Original paintings and fragile artwork
Large, framed or high-value works may require specialist packaging, tracked transport and optional or required insurance. We will confirm shipping arrangements and costs for individually quoted orders.
Timber and handcrafted artefacts
Some wooden or culturally significant items may be subject to export controls, destination-country biosecurity rules, treatment requirements or import permits. Eligibility must be assessed before international dispatch. We may be unable to ship particular items to some destinations.
Problems in transit
If an item arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with the order number and relevant details. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable consumer law.
