Copyright & Artwork Licensing
Original art and copyright
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs and original written material created by Iszac Walker remain protected by applicable copyright law. All rights reserved.
Buying an original artwork
Purchasing a physical artwork transfers ownership of the physical item in accordance with the sale terms. It does not, by itself, transfer copyright or permission to reproduce, print, digitally copy, commercially exploit or license the artwork.
Prints and merchandise
Buying an authorised print or merchandise item permits personal ownership and ordinary use of that item, but does not grant commercial reproduction or redistribution rights in the underlying artwork.
Commercial licensing
Businesses seeking to reproduce an artwork on products, packaging, advertising or other commercial materials must obtain prior written permission and agree to an appropriate licence. Licensing terms, permitted uses, duration, territory and payment arrangements must be agreed separately.
Attribution and moral rights
Attribution, integrity of artwork and other applicable moral rights are respected in accordance with Australian law.
